The owner of a 52,000-square-foot warehouse in Greenwood Heights has put it on the market with the aim of netting more than $20 million.
“Industry City has helped prove that if you build office product in this neighborhood, there are tenants who will be willing to lease it,” Marks said. “This is a property that is more boutique and could appeal to tenants who don’t want to be in a larger complex.”
