When industrial powerhouse Prologis first set its sights on Brooklyn last year, it was brokerage TerraCRG that helped seal the deal.
The Brooklyn-based firm helped to shepherd Prologis’ first two acquisitions in the borough, one of which involved a former envelope manufacturing warehouse in East Williamsburg, for a combined $35 million.
“Having a global company like that showing confidence in betting on urban infill industrial was a really important step for growth,” said Dan Marks, partner at TerraCRG.
