New York’s real estate market had an up-and-down 2022, but investment sales in Brooklyn were one of the bright spots.
There were more than $9 billion worth of deals in the borough last year, almost as high as its 2015 peak, according to TerraCRG’s Brooklyn market report. The total was spread across 1,506 transactions overall, the highest number since 2016, the report says.
