Greenpoint, NY Nerina is expected to open sometime in early November. It will be the first restaurant to open at Greenpoint Landing, a 22-acre development along the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn’s waterfront. TerraCRG’s Peter Schubert represented both parties on the deal.
