Marks, Lebor, and Manasia of TerraCRG sell four properties totaling 21,120 s/f for $22 million

Williamsburg, NY TerraCRG has negotiated the $22 million sale of four properties located at 536, 546, 554, and 558 Metropolitan Ave. The transaction was exclusively brokered by TerraCRG’s Dan Marks, Daniel Lebor, and Andrew Manasia. Ribiero Associates was the seller.
