Greystone Development has put a former bathhouse in Park Slope up for sale with an asking price of $10.5 million. It had converted the stately Fourth Avenue structure into an outpost for Blink Fitness.
“We don’t have to sell, but we feel that market conditions are right,” said Thomas Ryan, the head of development at Greystone. “We often hold on to properties we develop, but we also follow a model where we build, stabilize and then sell.”
Greystone hired Ofer Cohen and Dan Marks, sales executives at Brooklyn-focused brokerage TerraCRG, to market the building and handle its sale.
