We are pleased to announce my team’s recent closing of the sale of One Prospect Park West, a ~170,000 SF building located on the corner of Union Street and Prospect Park West in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood. The building sold for $84 Million.
One Prospect Park West is the largest building on Prospect Park West. The nine-story pre-war building contains approximately 169,410 square feet and is uniquely positioned to be converted into residences. Overlooking Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza, the property benefits from high visibility, featuring 171 feet of frontage on Prospect Park West, 104 feet of frontage on Union Street and 100 feet of frontage on President Street.
This is one of the most iconic buildings in Brooklyn in one of the most sought after locations in the city, directly across from Prospect Park, and we are happy to have successfully facilitated the transaction.
