A mystery “education tenant” has gobbled up 14,000 square feet at 9 Bond St. in Downtown Brooklyn, a commercial real estate agent said Monday.
The firm committed to a 10-year sublease but hasn’t finalized the deal, according to Caroline Pardo, a managing director at TerraCRG, which listed the space.
