TerraCRG completed an 11,226 s/f lease at 384 Bridge St., downtown.
The tenant, Datacubed Health, a patient engagement and data collection company, signed a seven-year lease term for 11,266 s/f on the fourth floor with landlord, Stahl Organization. Datacubed is moving from their current space at Metrotech Center in the downtown area.
“Working with Stahl was a pleasure. They were understanding of Datacubed’s needs and helped take the deal to the finish line. The space at 384 Bridge is a great space for Datacubed’s current and long term needs.” said Caroline Pardo, managing director of office leasing at TerraCRG.
TerraCRG represented the tenant and the landlord represented themselves. This is the second deal TerraCRG has executed with Stahl Organization during the COVID-19 pandemic, the first of which was at 384 Bridge St. for Forestdale Inc., who signed a five-year lease for 6,092 s/f.
