Eddie Burgess serves as an Associate at TerraCRG specializing in Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Retail Investment Sales, with a keen focus on the emerging neighborhoods of Crown Heights and Prospect Lefferts Gardens. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and selling investment opportunities throughout Brooklyn, providing expert guidance to maximize value for his clients.

Before joining TerraCRG in 2024, Eddie spent a decade in Real Estate Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch, Moelis & Co., and most recently, Citi. As Vice President of Real Estate M&A, he played a key role in executing significant corporate real estate transactions, including the Viva Energy REIT IPO and the Westfield Unibail merger, marking the largest IPO and Retail M&A in Australia’s history.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Eddie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Sydney University. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and two children. Outside of his real estate career, Eddie enjoys cooking, fly fishing, barbecuing, and discovering new restaurants in Brooklyn.
