Brookland Capital is building more than 50 rental and condo projects throughout Brooklyn, and now they’re expanding south into Flatbush with this attractive seven-story apartment building at 88-92 Linden Boulevard, between Bedford and Rogers Avenues.
The stacked, glassy structure will hold 66 units, but Brookland’s Boaz Gilad said he’s not sure whether they’ll be rentals or condos. The building will span 60,500 square feet and include 33 parking spots, as zoning requires. Units will be mainly one and two-bedrooms ranging from 620 to 800 square feet. There will also be a gym and common roof deck.
Although the sale hasn’t hit public records, Gilad told us they closed on the two properties at 88 and 92 Linden for $6,500,000 two weeks ago. TerraCRG handled the sale, repping both the seller and Brookland. The 12,000-square-foot plot is currently home to two two-family homes, and demolition permits have not yet been filed.
