Aden Verdun joined TerraCRG in 2025 as an Investment Sales Associate, specializing in multifamily property transactions across North Central Brooklyn. Prior to joining TerraCRG, Aden was an Acquisitions and Development Analyst at The Prusik Group, where he developed expertise in underwriting, market research, and tenant engagement.
Aden earned his Real Estate degree from The Ohio State University, combining solid academic training with hands-on experience. Originally from Maplewood, NJ, he brings a strong understanding of the dynamic Brooklyn market.
Outside of work, Aden is a passionate sports enthusiast, a dedicated supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes, and enjoys exploring new restaurants and experiences around the city.
