Andrew Wang joined TerraCRG as an Investment Sales Associate in 2026, specializing in industrial investment sales across greater Brooklyn.

Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Andrew spent much of his childhood in Taipei, Taiwan. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment. Prior to joining TerraCRG, Andrew gained experience with globally recognized hospitality brands, including W Hotels, part of Marriott International, and Mandarin Oriental. He also completed his mandatory one-year military service in Taiwan. Andrew is ARGUS-certified and has developed a strong foundation in real estate financial modeling through a Real Estate Private Equity internship with Project Destined, complemented by completion of Levels I, II, and III of REFM certification training.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys weekend golf outings with friends, spending time in nature, and exploring New York City's diverse culinary scene. He is committed to building lasting relationships throughout Brooklyn's real estate community and providing clients with thoughtful market insights, dependable guidance, and a high level of service.
