Jake Rossein joins TerraCRG as an Investment Sales Associate specializing on the dynamic industrial market in Brooklyn. Jake recently relocated from SVN Desert Commercial Advisors where he focused on industrial assets along with commercial development projects in the Phoenix market. He has experience with a spectrum of clientele ranging from small, local owner-users to regional companies looking to acquire and develop more locations across the Sunbelt. Jake represented one of the largest home developers in the East Valley in the disposition of a 5.45 AC parcel to one of the largest SS developers in Texas. Prior to working with SVN, Jake worked in property management for CLR Property Corporation in Riverdale.

Jake is a New Yorker at heart being born and raised in St James, NY. He earned his degree and an academic achievement award from the University of Arizona in Urban and Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration.

Since a young age, Jake served as an apprentice in his family’s commercial real estate business that owned and managed a portfolio of multifamily and office properties in Brooklyn. The early exposure to the industry fueled his passion for Brooklyn real estate and helped him gain an understanding of the mechanics and structure of successful commercial real estate transactions.

Jake is an avid skier, as he’s hit most of the peaks in North America. He loves travel and exploring national landmarks and parks. In his free time, Jake follows his favorite sports teams and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He looks forward to making a difference here in Brooklyn and strives to be an extensive resource to his clients and the real estate community.
