Maia Barnett is an Associate on the Commercial Leasing Team. With a specialized interest in restaurant leasing and hospitality, Maia has helped business owners, restauranters and artists strategize and find the right home for their businesses. In 2020, Maia aided in the Tri-State expansion of a Brooklyn based health care company, opening 35 locations across the five boroughs. In 2022, Maia worked with The William Vale Hotel to oversee the development of the Hotel’s lower-level retail spaces.

Maia is fluent in three languages and began her education in Paris, France,  where her appreciation for design and hospitality flourished. Graduating from The New School with a degree in Music, Maia has a unique perspective and is passionate about understanding tenants and their vision as businesses owners.
