Michael Kelleher is a Director of Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Retail assets at the firm. He is responsible for the representation of institutions, developers, family offices, and local landlords in the acquisitions and sales of investment assets in the Brooklyn market and is seen as the go-to strategist for Williamsburg. Michael has been involved in near 100 transactions valuing near half a billion dollars of property and built a strong reputation for delivering efficient, strategic guidance for his clients. Touching various points across a multitude of real estate processes has resulted in Michael being deeply knowledgeable in the analysis of a single property to large portfolios.

Previously, Michael spent seven years in various roles within the industry, most recently as Vice President at the largest privately held real estate investment and consulting firm in Boston. Outside of real estate, Michael also has experience in the Oil and Gas industry and has completed education at Indiana University, NYU, and UPenn. Michael is an avid golfer, enjoys finding new food across the city, and closely follows F1 and EPL Soccer.
