Richard Kim is an Investment Sales Associate specializing in residential development at TerraCRG. He focuses on connecting property owners and developers, facilitating transactions that unlock development potential and contribute to the continued evolution of Brooklyn’s built environment. His work is informed by an understanding of the relationship between real estate investment, development opportunities, and the borough’s evolving housing needs.

A first-generation Korean American, Richard grew up in the Poconos, where he developed a strong work ethic and a disciplined, collaborative approach through his involvement in the Eagle Scouts. He earned a degree in Hospitality Management from Temple University before pursuing a career in commercial real estate, drawn to New York City’s dynamic market and the role residential development plays in shaping its neighborhoods. Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys strength training and exploring New York City.
