The firm — 20 people strong and growing — has marketed 800+ properties and consistently closes over 50 Brooklyn transactions a year.
Joining our Investment Sales Team as a commercial real estate agent will provide you with the experience of working in an energetic, demanding, and collaborative environment, gaining immediate exposure to the various aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. Through our company structure, you will capture and grow market share in clearly defined Brooklyn regions with a focus on a specific asset class. You will work directly alongside our highly successful and tenured transaction professionals.

Earning Potential
- This is an independent contractor, 100% commission only based position, offering significant un-capped earning potential.
- Estimated earning potential upwards of $1M at 10% market coverage on $400M+* dedicated territory (*estimated total sales dollar volume average over last 5 years)

- You will develop your professional expertise in business development through structured training sessions, real-time on the job training, and industry leader observation.

Role/Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Brooklyn market via research projects and collection of market data
- Lead a sales team and be accountable to cover a territory of 4,000+ commercial properties with an average of $400M+* in total annual sales volume (*estimated total sales dollar volume average over last 5 years)
- Input and organize data, coupled with relevant CRE software and systems training
- Generate new opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and identifying new business
- Canvas specific neighborhoods in Brooklyn to photograph and get on the ground visibility of the asset types under your Specialization
- Become active in the commercial real estate community, attending networking and industry events
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership team
Qualifications
- Must have at least three-year sales and/or relevant business experience
- Must secure and maintain a New York State real estate license; Salesperson or Associate Broker (not required for interview process)
- Must be passionate about sales, marketing, and the Brooklyn real estate market
- Must be coachable and receptive to feedback
- Must be a team player with integrity
- Must be comfortable with hands-on sales and marketing activities including extensive cold calling
- Must have strong written and communication skills and a basic understanding of finance
- Must have superb organization skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Must possess excellent communication skills; written and spoken
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, business, or finance is helpful but not required
