Brooklyn firms Nalcorp and Clipper Equity acquired Block 7072, Lot 6, at 2015 Boardwalk West from an entity called Bath Site LLC, an affiliate of real estate investor Safehold Inc...Bath Site was represented in the sale by Dan Marks and Daniel Lebor of TerraCRG.
